    The last statistic I could find on Facebook organic reach comes from 2017. I’m guessing Facebook doesn’t even bother posting these stats anymore.

    You didn’t need to spend any money. All you had to do was create great content, because Facebook needed that content to keep users coming back to their site. That’s not the case anymore.

    
Today, Facebook has all the content they could ever want. They don’t need you anymore. What they need is profit. Lots of profit. They make that profit by limiting your organic reach, forcing you to purchase advertising to promote your content to your own followers. 

    Twitter isn’t much better. 

    It’s estimated only 3.5-5% of your followers will see your tweets. The same is true for Instagram (owned by Facebook) and Linkedin.

    Tik Tok is the new kid on the block. It’s great if you market to teens and tweens. Good luck trying to get them to pay for anything of value though. 

    Social Media is Now a “Pay-to-Play Game. 

    That sucks for those of us who don’t cheat by taking on venture capital. 

    Advertising costs on social media continue to skyrocket. If you can’t afford to invest thousands of dollars and wait months to see a return then you’ll need a different strategy.

    At this point you may be thinking, 

    Ok Jason, so I won’t focus on social media. I’ll just build one of those funnel thingies and offer something cool like an ebook or free training. I can capture email addresses and send them promotions.” 

    Great! That’s a fantastic marketing strategy… or at least it was. Unfortunately, things are about to change.

    Apple just announced the upcoming release of iOS 15, and they’ve got email marketers quaking in their boots. 

    You may know this already but Apple recently rolled out a new feature that requires apps to request permission to track you. This feature prevents sites like Facebook and Instagram from seeing what you look at and click on. 

    As you can imagine, anyone who’s built their business on the back of Facebook ads is struggling make those ads work without the aid of tools like retargeting and video watch times.

    The release of iOS 15 boasts two new features designed to improve the privacy protection of Apple users. The first is IP masking. This handy little feature lets you hide the digital address you use to send and receive data. 

    That means not only will you not know where your audience is coming from, you also won’t be able to see things like open rates and click through rates. This is essential information you need to measure the effectiveness of your email marketing. 
    But the second feature is the real email marketing killer.

    Apple has included something called "Hide My Email". This new feature enables the creation of a single-use, randomly generated email account. It’s a burner email address that will forward an email to your real account.

    With the touch of a button, Apple will make it easy for their 588 million users to sign up for all the free webinars, reports and checklists they want, without junking up their inbox.

    Bye-bye lead magnets and ethical bribes!

    If Apple is doing this now, how long do you think it will be before Google and Android follow suit? 

    If Things Seem Hopeless, Take Heart. 

    There’s a Light at the End of This Tunnel.

    But we’re not there yet. 

    I hope by now you’re starting to see what I mean when I say creating your product is the easy part. 

    The number one reason small businesses fail is a lack of adequate cashflow. That’s a fancy way of saying they run out of money before they can find enough customers to cover their expenses. 

    According to data from the Bureau of Labor and Statistics:

    For every 100 businesses that people start,

    20 will fail within the first year. By the end of year two, 30 will have failed. By the year five mark, 50% of those businesses will be gone. 

    And by the end of 10 years, only 30 will remain.

    That’s a 70% failure rate!

    But that’s not the worst part. Just because your company survives doesn’t mean you’ll ever make any real money.

      Ok Jason, so I won’t focus on social media. I’ll just build one of those funnel thingies and offer something cool like an ebook or free training. I can capture email addresses and send them promotions.” 

      Great! That’s a fantastic marketing strategy… or at least it was. Unfortunately, things are about to change.

      Apple just announced the upcoming release of iOS 15, and they’ve got email marketers quaking in their boots. 

      You may know this already but Apple recently rolled out a new feature that requires apps to request permission to track you. This feature prevents sites like Facebook and Instagram from seeing what you look at and click on. 

      As you can imagine, anyone who’s built their business on the back of Facebook ads is struggling make those ads work without the aid of tools like retargeting and video watch times.

      The release of iOS 15 boasts two new features designed to improve the privacy protection of Apple users. The first is IP masking. This handy little feature lets you hide the digital address you use to send and receive data. 

      That means not only will you not know where your audience is coming from, you also won’t be able to see things like open rates and click through rates. This is essential information you need to measure the effectiveness of your email marketing. 
      But the second feature is the real email marketing killer.

      Apple has included something called "Hide My Email". This new feature enables the creation of a single-use, randomly generated email account. It’s a burner email address that will forward an email to your real account.

      With the touch of a button, Apple will make it easy for their 588 million users to sign up for all the free webinars, reports and checklists they want, without junking up their inbox.

      Bye-bye lead magnets and ethical bribes!

      If Apple is doing this now, how long do you think it will be before Google and Android follow suit?

      But we’re not there yet. 

      I hope by now you’re starting to see what I mean when I say creating your product is the easy part. 

      The number one reason small businesses fail is a lack of adequate cashflow. That’s a fancy way of saying they run out of money before they can find enough customers to cover their expenses.

      So I decided to price the entire 8-week mentorship at just $597.
